炼奶奶油土司 Condensed Milk Toast

看到朋友深夜烘培, 卖相真的会另人流口水
于是手痒(真的是手痒, 因为都是用手搓揉面团)
开工去
成品出来后放上面书
好多人要食谱
只好在这里放

Ingredients: 
 高筋粉   High Protein Flour  200g
炼乳 Condensed Milk            15g
牛奶 Milk                             120g
砂糖    Sugar                          20g
酵母  Yeast                              3g
盐    Salt                                   3g
无盐牛油(室溫) Unsalted Butter (Room temperature) 20g

To apply on the dough:
  炼乳 Condensed Milk  20g
  无盐牛油 Unsalted butter 20g

Decoration (Optional):
杏仁片 Almond sliced   
糖粉 Icing  Sugar

Bake at 170 degree C for 25 minutes.
